Returns & Refund Policy

At Kids Go Fly, we want your shopping experience to be awesome. If something isn’t exactly what you expected, you have the right to return it – and we’ll make it simple for you.

1. Your right to cancel

By Spanish law (Consumer Rights Act), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no explanation needed.

To return an item, just let us know by email at hola@kidsgofly.com or using our contact form.

2. How items should be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it.
  • Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Who pays for return shipping

  • For returns within the EU: If the item is correct and you simply change your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
  • For returns outside the EU (international): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

4. Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned by law:

  • Personalized or custom-made notebooks.
  • Digital content (downloadable files), once the download has started or the content has been delivered.

5. How to return

  1. Email us at hola@kidsgofly.com telling us which item you want to return.

  2. We’ll give you instructions on where and how to send it back.

  3. We cannot accept returns sent without prior notice.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, we’ll refund the price of the returned item(s) within 14 calendar days after we have received the returned item(s). Shipping costs and any additional handling or packaging fees will not be refunded, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to process it.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

8. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, first return it following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
