At Kids Go Fly, we prepare and ship every order with care so it arrives safely to your home. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when we ship.
1. Order Processing Times
We prepare and ship orders every Monday and Thursday, as long as these days are not public holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, we may ship on additional days.

If you need your order to go out sooner, write to us at hola@kidsgofly.com and we’ll do our best to help.

During official holidays or vacation periods, processing times may be affected.

Any changes will always be announced on our website or social media.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Spain)
We work with trusted courier services to deliver within Spain.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Peninsula (mainland Spain): 24–48 hours after shipping

Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days after shipping

Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 8–12 business days after shipping (may vary due to customs processing)

International: 8–20 business days after shipping (delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carriers)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item).
Please note that if a shipment within Spain does not meet the estimated delivery times stated in our Shipping Policy, we reserve the right to claim the shipping cost from the carrier.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges applied by their country.
We cannot control or predict these costs.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available, depending on the shipping method and destination).
6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, transit times are out of our control.
Kids Go Fly is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Delays due to customs

Lost or stolen packages after delivery status shows “delivered”
If something goes wrong, contact us — we’ll gladly help you contact the carrier and try to resolve it.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

We can reship it once the additional shipping cost is paid.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Shipping During Holidays or Vacation Periods
We do not ship on:

Spanish national public holidays

Local holidays in Catalonia
-
Announced vacation periods (posted on our social media)
Orders placed during these days will be processed on the next available shipping day.
